We know that you want to get the best possible product, so we want to make sure you know exactly what you're getting. That's why we always specify the packaging for each item in the listing.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
Retail: "Sealed for freshness!"
This means that the item will come sealed the same way the manufacturer sent it out from their factory.
Open Box: "Like new, just taken out of the box!"
This means that the packaging has been opened and the item has been removed and handled but remains unused and in new condition. Manuals may not be included. May have minor cosmetic imperfections.
Non-Retail (Bulk Packaging): "We've taken the packaging out, but we promise the product is still in perfect condition!"
This means that the original packaging for the item is no longer available and it will be shipped in size and item-appropriate packaging. May have minor cosmetic imperfections.
Digital: "No packaging required! Just download and enjoy!"
This means that a digital code and instructions on how to redeem the digital item will be emailed to you at the email address on your order.
