Why is there a charge on my card if my order was canceled?

When you place an order, we place an authorization hold on your credit card for the order amount, but the funds are not charged until the order ships.


If your order is canceled, we will send an authorization reversal to your bank.


The duration for the hold to be released from your account depends on your bank or credit card company, typically within 5-7 business days. For an exact timeframe, please contact your bank directly, as processing times are solely determined by them.
